A New Year..
What can I say about 2011 so far? It’s only been four days but I feel great.. on target and way ahead of the competition!
And by competition, I mean all the competitors in the upcoming NPC Physique contests. I’ve set my sights on at least five of them and I plan to be on my “A” game for each and every one.
I started my New Year’s Resolution last December.. (1) No drinking (2) No going out unless I can be productive. By productive, I mean its for a good purpose, personal or business. There’s no need for me to go out just because a friend’s in town or it’s someone’s birthday. Those excuses are no longer enough to get me to leave my domain! I’m happy where I’m at.. never been more healthy or productive. I’m just going to take this momentum and see where it leads me by the end of 12 months. Wish me luck!
