Any mechanical issues (Check engine light, undiagnosed noises, so on): NONE
Any big scratches, dents, or body damage: NONE, Car has NEW PAINT (done at Marchans Auto)

Do you still owe money on the vehicle? I OWN VEHICLE 100%

Vehicle has been well maintained by My Auto Service in Las Vegas, NV. Recently had 30,000 mile full-service. Also A/C was recharged and drive belts replaced. Toyota engines are built to LAST. As long as your perform the recommended services (every 30/60/90K etc), you won’t have any problems. Small parts are cheap to replace and any certified shop can perform repairs on a Toyota, unlike Mercedes or BMW in which you’re obligated to go with the dealer and pay ten times as much! I used to work at Toyota Motor Sales in Torrance, CA in 1996 and I fielded calls from customers who drove Toyotas over 600K miles and still going! (Engines designed for long-term driving). (parts are built to last)

I am the second owner. I purchased this vehicle from the original owner (Jade, a real estate agent in Las Vegas. She took immaculate care of the car before I purchased it from her for $15,000 in 2005.) No smokers or pets allowed in car.

Kelley Blue Book: $6805 (visit site for more information)

Basically, I let my dogs run around my yard most of the time. But I bring them in the house whenever it’s too HOT or too COLD outside.

But sometimes I don’t know the outside temperature when I’m inside working so I found a website that send me a text or email telling me when it’s under or over certain temperatures.

Go to weather.com and register for Extreme Cold Alerts and Extreme Hot Alerts. In the settings, you can edit the temperatures that you want to monitor.

Here’s the link:

https://registration.weather.com/ursa/alerts/manage?initAlerts=SVR

What can I say about 2011 so far? It’s only been four days but I feel great.. on target and way ahead of the competition!

And by competition, I mean all the competitors in the upcoming NPC Physique contests. I’ve set my sights on at least five of them and I plan to be on my “A” game for each and every one.

I started my New Year’s Resolution last December.. (1) No drinking (2) No going out unless I can be productive. By productive, I mean its for a good purpose, personal or business. There’s no need for me to go out just because a friend’s in town or it’s someone’s birthday. Those excuses are no longer enough to get me to leave my domain! I’m happy where I’m at.. never been more healthy or productive. I’m just going to take this momentum and see where it leads me by the end of 12 months. Wish me luck!
