It’s the day before the big inaugeration (and Venus’ Bday!) and I’m flying back to Vegas from Oregon. I was on the road doing shows for Chippendales U.S. Tour and performed at Lucky Eagle Casino in Rochester, WA and >>>something casino<<< in Kah-nee-ta, OR.

It was great hanging with the WC crew again, the guys are laid back and a lot of fun to goof around with. I took videos of the trip to WA and OR for you all to check out…

A cool thing about 2009 is that it’s the year of the Ox. That’s the year I was born in the Chinese Zodiac. The ox is representative of hard work and determination. That’s always been in my family. From my mom to my aunts and uncles, we are no stranger to putting our time in. But that’s why I’m even more driven than before. I feel like I have a real solid chance of providing them with a comfortable retirement. I’ve realized my intelligence and power in taking action and now I have aimed to make every single day COUNT. I’m not satisfied with getting by. I want to be the best at whatever I do and I want to reach my goals. Bottom line.

Right now, I aim to kick ass for Chippendales Friday and Hollywood Men Saturday. Then I want to win the Fitness-Couples contest with Venus on Sunday. Let’s see if I can go 3 for 3! Wish me luck

Tivo Unit $40

So I went to bed late last night.. late since I had planned to be asleep by 1am and instead got home by 4am and fell asleep around 5! And it sucked not just because I like to get up early every day and mak the most of it, but also because i had a video shoot planned with one of my models at 10am so i basically got 4 hours of sleep and I forced myself up and out the door…

What up everyone! Hope you all had a great 2008 and are ready for an even better 2009!!

So what can I say about 2008? For me personally, it was one of the toughest years ever. I went through some tough times with work and a past relationship and both bothered me for quite some time. It wasn’t until I got back home to Oregon that I realized that I gave the wrong people or things too much focus and had lost the most important one.. my family. With my new focus, it was easy to make the decision to quit the bad habits that led me down the wrong path and distracted me from accomplishing my goals.

2009 should be the best ever! I’ll finish this up later, gotta take my bro to the airport.. gonna miss him! Had a blast while he stayed here the past four days.. I’ll blog about that later too.

Oh, NYE.. what did I do? I modeled at an event at the MGM Grand.. was a great job, cool people, got to watch Sarah Brightman sing live (she’s incredible, never knew I’d like opera til I heard her!)..

Glen and I had to stay at the MGM after the event was over at 1am because so many people poured into the hotel from the strip and went to the garage to drive home. The parking garage was beyond packed til 3am!! So Glen and I went to Hooters and got some wings and watched sports til we could leave

Okay, this is gonna be a long blog but i’m gonna post it as i write it, so bear with me if it seems incomplete.. i’ll keep coming back and updating this thing as i have time….

Gateways.  What do I mean by that?  I mean in the sense of something allowing you to do something else.  So more in the “do” sense rather than by means of travel.

What are gateways?  For me, it was just the simple acceptance of substances in my life.  You see, I never drank, smoked or did anything else before college.  I remember when I was 17 years old and had just graduated high school.  My buddy and I rented a condo by the beach and we planned to throw our own  graduation party there.  So that summer, he and I drove down to Seaside and prepared for our little fiesta. it’s tuesday and i’m at the long beach airport waiting on my flight to oregon.  i was supposed to go last sunday but bad weather caused me to rebook the flight for today.  i’m just hoping i can arrive there safe and finally get home safe cuz of all the snow and crazy ice on the roads..  it’s gonna be straight outta that movie “Planes, Trains and Automobiles”!  I gotta fly to Oregon, take a train to a bus terminal, bus it to Beaverton and finally cab it home.  NUTS!!
