New Year's Eve 2009
What up everyone! Hope you all had a great 2008 and are ready for an even better 2009!!
So what can I say about 2008? For me personally, it was one of the toughest years ever. I went through some tough times with work and a past relationship and both bothered me for quite some time. It wasn’t until I got back home to Oregon that I realized that I gave the wrong people or things too much focus and had lost the most important one.. my family. With my new focus, it was easy to make the decision to quit the bad habits that led me down the wrong path and distracted me from accomplishing my goals.
2009 should be the best ever! I’ll finish this up later, gotta take my bro to the airport.. gonna miss him! Had a blast while he stayed here the past four days.. I’ll blog about that later too.
Oh, NYE.. what did I do? I modeled at an event at the MGM Grand.. was a great job, cool people, got to watch Sarah Brightman sing live (she’s incredible, never knew I’d like opera til I heard her!)..
Glen and I had to stay at the MGM after the event was over at 1am because so many people poured into the hotel from the strip and went to the garage to drive home. The parking garage was beyond packed til 3am!! So Glen and I went to Hooters and got some wings and watched sports til we could leave

Sarah Brightman is insanely talented! I love her! She is in the new Horror Movie Musical – REPO! The Genetic Opera and she is incredible. So jealous you got to see her live!

I am still searching for a way to get to my ultimate career goal (Photography).. And being behind a desk (to just pay the bills) is not helping or getting me there any faster. It is definitely time to go (leave it to me to finally decide this and execute it when the economy is crap). And being free as a bird at this point to make any decision, has well, left me indecisive (DOH). My frist step will be to leave this desk job. Must get all my ducks in the pond lined up first. I have to figure it out. Take some risks and see where it leads me. First thing is first, my body and health.
And have great adventures along the way. 2009 is the year to accomplish and to make major decisions. I am eager to get started. 
Just wish I could make up my mind on where I want to go (live).
