Review of "Dead Poets Society"
Dead Poets Society starring Robin Williams
this movie came out the same time the first batman movie came out (1989)
i saw DPS by accident. Brian and I snuck into it at after watching Batman. We had know idea what the movie was about, we just happened to sneak into a random theater to see what we could sneak into!
anyways, this movie changed my life. Carpe Diem. Seize the Day. Before this movie I was a shy kid who didn’t take advantage of the present, too afraid to seize life by its horns. Too afraid to talk to girls, to take a chance, to go after life with a passion. this movie taught me a lot and helped me break out of my shell.
i’ll write more about this later.. anyways, just wanted to mention how amazing and life changing this movie was for me.
hmm this movie had the same effect on me… and it was one of the first movies that made me a huge Robin Williams fan…
